Cycling update. All logs of the last 2 weeks with constant velocity knee roiling stairstep are affirmed.


This is the holy Grail. Can James hold on to it? If it is really the holy Grail probably. 

Travel has been half of normal these last 2 or 3 days. .... Nearly all prior breakthroughs that can best be viewed as scaffolding that enable this final breakthrough to occur, near all of them Were less sustainable, less natural, less intuitive, and difficult or impossible to implement  in the very 1st few moments of travel. But constant velocity roiling at the knees stairstep is delivering all of those things. 

The body Still tries to find other ways occasionly of dealing with situations. So there is a constant threat this holy Grail can be un learned. Loving creation, please let us hold on to this.

I don't think James has been here before period functionally Iowa seems to equate and be much the same. And many junctures in the last 3 years have been similar. But not the same because now there seems to be a fully conscious competence. Constant velocity stair step at the knees. As

only day 3 or 4 this is inconclusive. But likely to be sustained. 

 Detail may come in days forward if it continues to be so outstanding. 

Item. Not intuitive, counter intuitive. But now discovered and understood brilliant. Makes perfect sense. The machine can operate smoothly if the joints at the knees remains in Near perfect Timing,

1.12. Today's saving graces. Cycling. New ball game.

Today's saving graces. 

Item. Friction disk is always a disk and never not friction, never mechanical interface with the vehicle. 

Item. Saver the rolling Between trust and with straw. Saver it. all the time period 

Item. Amazingly Rolling roiling the 3 and a 1/2 inch sphere at the knees strictly adhering to the 2 points above.

Update. Eureka? Maybe so. Savoring Experiencing the spiracle object at the knee. 

 In recent weeks occasionly the notion has come forth of savoring the roiling gap very brief between frousting and withdrawing. Several days ago some experience of a round object at the knees came back quite surprisingly. 

This morning and in this now two hour plus journey the 2 concepts merged and it feels very promising. Savoring constant participation Felt vaguely at the knees with the round object being roiled by the knees.

Cycling, the final game changer? Savoring every instance of the round object at the knees. More later.

The new best rides ever. The cornerstone? Constant velocity roiling in the knees felt.

 item. it all continues to work beautifully. 

item constant velocity friction disk engagement. Yesterday it was thought that this was not operational where the knees are the point of engagement. But it seems that is not so, it is. It speaks to the nature of engagement. Although  velocity within the cycle must be constant and can br and mostly is now, the force within the cycle is not constant. For sure James cannot think of a better day. Not euphoria. But amazing. So fluid. So automatic. Impossibly sustainable. Relatively effortless. Extremely adequate metrics typically 235 human W every time James looks down amazing. And

Yes, and! Constant speed between thrust and retract, the roiling.


Yes to the recent logs! Yesterday's log spoke of the challenges and technique of establishing constant velocity. Nowhere mentioned and no where in James thinking yesterday was the acute awareness of a month ago as to the pivotal aspect of the Part of the rotation each cycle between thrust and retract which is central to the notion of roiling properly understood. And there was a while where the notion of rolling at constant speed through that non power gap every cycle was transformational. Combined with everything learn since then including the last several days, yes yes yes yes with all attention on maintaining constant velocity roiling with a slight emphasis on the uprising leg is transformational. In fact a moment ago James looked down and saw 300 W when he would have expected to see 220.

Constant velocity friction disk change the game. And the minor improvements keep coming. Yes, the knees.


 Constant velocity friction disk which emerged 4 or 5 days ago is the game changer. There is much to learn about it and this post share some of what is being learned. 

Item. It works wonderfully when the buttocks balls are the location of the friction disk. But even better at the knees. The knees, switching there is not a

 An attempt this morning has been to implement speed of roiling To a level of persition That eliminated lopsided thrusting and etc. 

 What has just emerged is that This maybe a combination of several factors when achieved.

Notes to James. What could be a final cycling log.


 A good journey this 1st several hours. 

What is at play? 

Item. If it doesn't feel Like turbine, if it feels not like turbine In the Pelvic area You're not doing it right. If there is lopsided power within the cycle, too much power, too much attempted power each cycle within the cycle those are all problems. turbine is relatively high rpm a 100 or above and week amazingly so throughout every rotation. 

Item. Roiling. If it does not feel essentially chaotic but rather feels structured in some way you're doing it wrong. Sometimes it feels very cyclical round but that's only in the highest level of coordination it seems but if it feels structured and points each cycle up-and-down each cycle or anything like that it is not turbine it is not roiling. you can do it. 

 Yesterday was not badd But nor was it great. The focus that James had was on feeling all energy on the premium roiling on the premium which previously weeks ago had been really really useful. It wasn't bad but nor was it particularly helpful. But also days ago the fact that something does rotate the  joints down in the buttocks they do rotate there's no other option when that was brought to mind and Gently helping those roll forward and back The other points including those above became possible and began to fall into place. Incidentally. The metrics are not huge this journey this morning but acceptable very acceptable. 220 230 240 with little or no attention most of the time required. Auto pilot. 

Item. The use of PID envelope on this mildly rolling road is really helpful. Particularly in as much as it at allows us to be on auto pilot. 

Item.  what about spaghetti legs? That was really really a euphoric encounter several days ago per the log But yesterday and today It was not at all in the thinking Which isn't to say that it was not in place It probably is but achieved with the points above better than bringing spaghetti legs directly to mind. If James were to guess the big thing is grasping what is not easy to bring to mind the next day that Being turbine Is absolutely instrumental.

Cycle, roll, roil the buttocks balls James. Just that. Repeat....


Feel them rolling, cause them to freely and gently roll totally independent of the cranks and whatever resistance it provides.

truth is clear this morning as it has been at various times in recent months. When 100% of energy, any sensation of energy, is withdrawn except to the perennial where it has all the force of turning a 0 resistance bearing When 100% of energy is was drawn to that, effort listeniss, the metrics are superior to everything else sustained and the effortless Nas is almost impossible to believe. 230 watch human is 230 watch human. So it must be that the through fluidity of the Muscles throughout the leg Is such that it seems effortless What this is a attempt to explain facts that are not understood. It has been days since a log has been reported and much has transpired but all in line with the previous posts . 

 It may be that this morning, or late in yesterday's journey, .... That Turbine showed up again. 

Why did it show up because a very good day or so ,
