And then after this video I think, this refinement. The underside of the thighs about an inch or two back from the knee largely for safety purposes, it is as though they are cups as shown here on a windmill but operating in reverse providing continuous one inch bushes of air forward lovingly and gracefully and in a fluid gentle respectful way being pushed forward by those cups that seemed to be the underside of the thighs.  the most strenuous Part really is the work of the abdominals to keep the thighs oriented so far forward which means up. Supporting this is James looking through the top third of the windshield as opposed to lower which would be his normal habit, being conscious that only one inch is the diameter of the radius of these cups, increasing speed smoothly and in a fun way as necessary to maintain those one in cups providing a constant flow of air not down but forward and slightly up. 225 watts per hour and above is what is typically seen, as high as 290.
