Continuous, a centrally totally important element. Means experienced, felt, at the perinium. No gaps ever.

Unedited transcript.
Both a physical largely, and psychological concept. What is actually going on James is on sure and are comically or body mechanics. But when brought to
mind and carefully sought after, honestly sought after, knowledgeably sought after at least today and at periods in the past it can be reliably brought about. Without as much care and knowledge a facsimile can also be brought about which does not have the biomechanical positive impact. And this when continuous somehow means a lowering of even the part of the thighs within an inch or so of the premium. James can go for many hours trying to make that work and it doesn't. 2 things cannot be fluid even if they're blurring. It is that perineum that can do it.

It sets about several things. It invokes the muscles in that area to seek continuous in fact and this eliminates in fact gaps in the musculature that normally would occur switching from forward to back or whatever. If one free rotates one's arms forward or backward in a windmill type of arrangement 1 can understand that sort of continuous. Is not what works well. But at the shoulder joint or in this case the for any I'm hip joint it is what's going on.

It seems to be aided by an attempt to hit high speed cadence, a turbine spinning. Physically that may help achieve continuous and reinforcing and psychologically. But it is a fact that when the mind and body are attuned continuous can be experienced at lower cadence. But this is not to suggest that lower cadence is desirable, very rarely is it. Occasion so 98 or above seems to be desirable in all circumstances at all times although the occasionals downhill idling at lower cadence is not a particular problem as long as we don't forget it's the exception.
