Protect, Reignite , rehabilitate soul log Sept 26 pt1. Soular radiation per hour Going fairly well.

The metrics that periodic Lee James rates himself against in an attempt to sharpen focus and accelerate learning
and capacity building has been fairly mediocre Till yesterday or the day before he realized that Sol, the vehicle, is part of him, he is part of sol. James visual messaging on his garment and face are part of him and of course his behavior including his many hours of physical exertion in the  mission and Relatively Spartan way of being. And when those came to mind he realized that in terms of soular radiation per hour or per min or even per sec hes actually finding himself in a fairly acceptable ballpark.

More generally his preoccupation with cycling has Continued as a very substantial distraction. The odds certainly have increased greatly that this can move more into the background. Within the last several weeks and the last day or so A fundamental understanding now of the body mechanics for James in this recumbent bicycle have become concrete. Shame on James if he is obsessed with cycling perfection. he does not  expect that to happen and certainly it would not be acceptable for it to happen. In which case he now has what appears to be a rock solid understanding of his basic body mechanics and this was never the case before. his body in Iowa for example was executing excellent body mechanics but it was not based on a rock solid understanding of the body mechanics, it was unconscious competence and therefore when it was lost it was not retrievable until just now and we're talking a year and a 1/2 or 2 years ago. James estimate is that with this rock solid understanding unless he suffers severe actual brain damage it is very very unlikely now that he will lose this zone of extremely acceptable performance,
