Notice: and important oversight in recent Lodge this past week is the extremely useful notion of convergence. Maybe in the same spot that took hielera T often has been but convergent at least the last week and maybe forever is a better way of implementing and in this case convergent at the base of the spine in support of everything described in this video

And if there's a reason for all this progress James at all understand it is that the muscles associated with the lower and mid-torso are so much more powerful than anything else down in the bag that they seem impossibly strong but in pitching back over the years when things have gone really well it does seem that the magic was coming from them and it seems like magic. It's not magic change. That's where the strength is.
