There is a police system - it is THEIR police system, (and yours, if you are part of the machine (solid middle class or above, white)). There is court system, it is THEIRS. They have more and more automated machines that are cheaper and far less trouble to manage than people are. This is unfolding fast for me now.

Please take no offense at the following, I'm just sharing what are for me,

important, recent revelations. 

You know my historically, profoundly dim view of 'church,'

opiate of the masses.  But in recent months I've had an expanding view of that -

Loving, what's wrong with opiates for the masses when the alternative is living,

material hell? (poor and destitute, in the south US, around the world, Apartheid

South Africa (in those days, and now)...; the destitute around the world, those

in wars like Syria....)  What's wrong with that, Loving? Are you

against comforting those without hope, realistically, without hope?  Would you be

horrified at meds for them to ease their pain?  I would not be!!! I'd be all for it!

Couple that with my notion of 'as if.'  You know I live 'as if' there is a Loving

Father of us all, not believing one exists outside of our imagination. 

It is a dangerous thing, what I'm saying, I think.  Up until the moment it is too late

to turn the Titanic, if there ever was such a time politically, it is Murder to drug

people, opiate of the masses, rather than mobilizing them to face Reality.

But, once the iceberg has been hit; once it is too late to turn the boat away and

avoid the Hell; AS SOON AS IT IS OBVIOUS IT IS NOT GOING TO BE TURNED
IN TIME....; once the Hell on earth is certain, Loving, what would you do?

I'D TURN MY ENERGIES TOWARD CREATING WHAT COMFORT I COULD

FOR THE DOOMED PASSENGERS!

1.  Imminent Ecocide with all it's associated horrors, wars, famines,

plagues, deadly weather, flooding, droughts, displacements.... an earth in

2.  Imminent 4th Reich, Global Police State (to deal with all the destitute and unemployed

and under-employed due to globalization, automation, and gargantuan transfer

of wealth to the uber-rich).

My point to you Joe: You believe there is a Father outside of our imaginations,

I do not.  When I believed we had a prayer of turning away from the iceberg, you

know how troubled I was at church, christianity, the 'opiate.' 

But now?  Now that I see we are NOT going to turn the Titanic, that it is

planetwide doom that we are NOT GOING TO AVOID?

I WANT ANY COMFORT THAT CAN COME TO THE PASSENGERS SOON TO

BE IN MATERIAL HELL!  "As if," like it is for me, or, "As Real," as it is for you and

so many thoughts here...yes, no more babies is one way to look at it but I think Life Has to play out...eons of time ...I HOPE it is headed , evolving,  to healing itself..but so far in the future and only after so much devastation...I think we are still in the downward spiral before the upward spiral times if ever there will be that uplifted time....prayers and hopes and dreams.....

Hey dear.  There will be survivors for hundreds of years.  They will be the unlucky ones.
So cruel.  Maybe 1/4 of the species will be left by that point, rapidly dying. 

My bio-sons disowned me 15 years ago or so.  That's fine.  But with all this hitting me,
including how desperately hard it is to survive in this 2014 economy and beyond, infinitely
harder than it was for us; my thoughts and priorities turn to trying to help them financially,
in the future.  Need to figure out the best time to activate social security, live on the streets,
save that, for them.  Nothing left for me, but maybe enough to be a tiny, miniscule help
to a few other struggling friends.

Last chemo treatment is this afternoon.  I'll be sick for the next week, then another 2 weeks
recovering, then back on the street.

For my remaining years, what is left is to be as much a source of Kindness and Goodness as
I can be.  Because of what we've let the uber-rich, uber-smart to do to decimate jobs - we have
too many people, including me.  But maybe there are some volunteer positions teaching kids,
reading to them.  Helping others.  I'm not optimistic.  We have way too many people, and
way too little funds.  I'm completely open to having the tattoos removed because that would
be a massive obstacle.  Don't know if that can be done, from the face, what it would cost.

I'll probably never count Pr. Obama out completely. (I have zero hope that Hillary will be able
to do anything sufficient - she totally lacks vision, and leadership -
a bureaucrat).   I know he and Kerry are working on the
most aggressive plans they can conjure, politically, to reduce ecocide.  But, they are choosing
the best possible 'political' route, and by definition, I'm virtually certain it will be too little,
too late.  Methane hydrates are not political.  Mother nature is not political.  Melting ice caps
are not political.

I think of you too, often.

I wish the few of us that seem of like mind and spirit lived in a modest community.  Too much
loneliness. Too much struggle.  I don't see how it can happen.

MR, your comments are kind, and from you, a serious worker, they mean a lot. I am depressed. So was Lincoln, sane, while many in his day were not. I will never know that there is zero hope, but it is my duty as a brother to assess honestly, and to speak honestly. The article speaks the truth I've been screaming for 5 years, but more current, and even bleaker with the updated science. Gandhi believed in the Truth, as do I. Miracles, when they come, come when Truth is told. 

My biggest concern, as crazy as it sounds, is that no more babies be born - it is just too cruel to bring them into the Likely Hell. 

And what Harm in speaking the Truth I did tonight in the face of our near infinite, time-killing denial? Oh, it will winnow the small list of those that listen to me, oh well. 

Personally, as of today, I expect my life is radically shifted, away from averting the inevitable now, toward:
1. Pleading that we stop having more babies until we've created a non-Hell future for them; and 
2. I'll do what I can financially to help the two bio-offspring of mine, survive the Hell of a future I've not been able to avert for them; 
and I recommend similarly to others.
