Sensing my deep depression, my body and I decided to keep me in bed for nearly 48 hours. This seems to have been a good choice. My mind and soul did much work to adjust to the ever greater horror, the even deeper evil in humanity than i had yet seen. I seem to have made enough adjustment that I am back to fighting strength and on post of the blood soaked Washington Post since 7 a.m. this morning.
