make the choice he prefers which is to fill himself a different way.
Just this moment he saw the parallel to his depression of only a few days ago. Though for good reason he thought he had been seriously indulging a craving for watching the world destroy itself online and constructively commenting and reposting. For whatever good that may have been, and whatever good intentions, he just now sees it as indulging an addictive tendency and the same type of desperate emptiness as it crowds out more centrally what other humans need from him now and in the future, the one in a million that he speaks of.
Beginning several days ago he begin successfully crowding-out that addiction with much more constructive use his time and his mood lifted almost immediately and has stayed quite good.
